ONLINE
If ordering online, we accept all major forms of payment (credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and e-checks) through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay with a credit card, debit card or e-check. Shop with ease as you pay securely on PayPal's pages.

MAIL
If ordering through the mail, we accept money orders and from customers in the U.S. only, personal checks. Please note, paying by check may delay your order by 7-10 business days. Money orders and checks must be in US Dollars. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail and a list of your order including color(s) and size(s) along with your payment. Shipping & Handling

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Free shipping on all orders within the U.S.! Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. We may also ship via UPS or FedEx. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost. Please e-mail info@highglossonline.com or call (408) 762-8624 for rush delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping totals for international orders vary by country and shipping weight. Please e-mail info@highglossonline.com with your name, shipping address and a list of what you'd like to order. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns if you are not fully satisfied with any items you have received for any reason. All returned items must be un-worn, un-washed, clean, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 15 days after receiving the items. After 15 days, there will be a 50% restocking fee. If you are returning an item due to sizing issues we do not offer exchanges but will send you a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment once we receive your returned item(s). You may then place another order. Please allow 15 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited. We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order. The following applies to orders outside of the U.S.: customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

Product Display

Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
